Our drinkware is top-rack dishwasher safe. While hand-washing is recommended for more overall product care, both methods work for our glasses. With drinkware, tableware and all decorative pieces, using a small amount of glass cleaner on a microfiber cloth will remove residue. We recommend using isopropyl alcohol for any tough marks, and avoiding citrus-based cleaners that can sometimes leave fogginess or blemishes in the glass.

Generally, our glassware orders can take up to 7-9 days to ship, with extended timelines for larger, more involved pieces (e.g. Community Bowls, Graal bowls, etc.). For customers in the New England area, we recommend using UPS (as the delivery turnaround is usually within 48 hours). Our Studio is located at 416 Pine Street in Burlington, Vermont.

Yes! Glassblowing is free to watch at the Studio, and we encourage all of our guests to join us in spectacting and learning more about our craft.

Our Studio and Store are open from Monday through Friday (10am-3pm) and Saturday (10am-2pm). Usually, weekdays are the best time to watch production (with the exception of our brief 12:00 lunch break), but as an open studio- we are always happy to share our passion in any way that we can.

We do offer glassblowing classes! Our handblown glass experiences are available throughout the week. Please refer to the “Glassblowing Classes” tab underneath ‘Visit’ in our site header for the full schedule. All appointments can be made through that calendar, or gift certificates can be purchased for future redemption/booking.
