Shipping and Returns

AO Glass ships via UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on the estimated weight and dimensions of your order. We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Our glassware is made in small batches here in our Burlington factory. Most products are in stock and will ship within 1-3 days. Please allow up to extended processing time for personalized and made-to-order pieces. If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock, sign up for its waitlist and we’ll reach out ASAP once the next batch is ready! We will contact you via email/phone with any important updates/information about your order fulfillment.

Please let us know about any personal shipping deadlines so that we can plan accordingly!

Returns and Exchanges

AO Glass accepts returns of unused products within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, excluding the cost of shipping. As a small business, we take these situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with any concerns, including shipping breakage or other quality issues, so we can help you out. If an item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the box and the broken glass. This will help us in filing claims and improving our processes.

Note: Customized products (including personalized engravings, etc.) are not eligible for a refund.
