Shipping

AO Glass ships via UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on the estimated weight and dimensions of your order.
We offer free standard Ground shipping on orders of $75 or more. Please contact us if you have specific questions or requests about shipping.

Our glassware is made in small batches here in our Burlington factory. Most products are in stock and will ship within a few days. However, some products are free-blown or engraved to order and will take up to 2 weeks to ship. Please let us know about any deadlines so we can plan accordingly.

Returns and Exchanges

AO Glass accepts returns of unused products within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, excluding the cost of shipping. As a small business we take these situations on a case by case basis. Please contact us with any concerns, including shipping breakage or other quality issues, so we can help you out. If an item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the box and the broken glass. This will help us in filing claims and improving our processes.
