Art Hop 2022

2022 marks the 30th year of Art Hop, the South End Arts & Business Association’s (SEABA) weekend-long festival that celebrates the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of Burlington’s vibrant South End.

Here at AO Glass we fired up our furnaces for two days of glassblowing demonstrations, a glass art exhibit, and drinks from our friends at Barr Hill Gin. It was a warm and sunny weekend, with hot shop temperatures hanging in the low 90s. Nevertheless, crowds of Art Hoppers swarmed the shop to watch the glassblowing team create dramatic collaborative pieces, including an ornate dragon-shaped goblet.
