Some Exciting AO Updates...

Greetings, AO Family!

Long time no talk! Or at least- it feels that way! The last time we reached out was on July 1st, and we find it oddly fitting that this newsletter is reaching you on Thursday, July 31st. Which means it’s only been a month since we last reached out! You’re probably wondering why it’s felt so long, and that’s because we’ve been hard at work at 416 Pine street; blowing tons of glass, and preparing to take our work outside of the Green Mountain State!! Here are a few exciting previews of what we’re anticipating in these coming months…

That’s right! In just a few days, our mighty AO crew is making their way down to the Big Apple for Shoppe Object’s NYC Market! We are so excited, and honored, to have the opportunity to debut our glassware at such an impactful event. The AO Team made incredible strides these past few weeks- producing pieces, strategizing our product selection, and re-vamping the ultimate AO showcase on Shoppe Online.

Stay tuned for more updates on our excursions with our Instagram @ao_glass

Switching gears to some more local notes— we will be making our return to the Twilight Block Party in City Hall Park on August 30th! If you’re in the area, or have some time to kill between 4pm-8pm, come stop by! The market hosts a variety of exceptional vendors, with plenty of food and great live music to go around. There will be two more sessions, on 08/02 and 08/16, just before our return— so please support the previous showings ahead of time! This September will mark the 33rd Annual South End Art Hop!! We have been looking forward to this timeless event all-year. During the weekend of September 5-7, we will be joining an incredible collective of creators, makers, and more to celebrate the “magic of the South End.” We’ll have some more announcements as we approach the dates above, so mark your calenders now!! Be sure to keep on the lookout for other Art Hop updates from your favorite South End businesses, and Art Hop participants!

Whew! That felt like a lot of information. Thanks for bearing with us, and taking some time to learn more about all the exciting opportunities we’ve been working so hard towards. As always, thank you for supporting our family-owned, handblown glassware company- and for keeping tabs on us! We’ll certainly be in-touch soon. In the meantime, you can find us at the 416 Pine Street factory (or in NYC!).

Take care, AO Family, and here’s to an unforgettable ender to an exhilarating summer.

Sincerely,

The AO Glass Team.
