Harvesting the Beauty of Handblown Pumpkins

Every season brings the opportunity for AO Glass to create iconic glass decor. This fall brings the return of our handblown glass pumpkins. Our customers prize them not only as seasonal decorations for entryways, dining tables, and in offices, but also as highly sought collectibles.

$10 from every pumpkin sold will be donated to the Intervale Center’s work to strengthen our community food system by uplifting farmers, stewarding our natural environment, and improving access to local food.

This year, we’re expanding our glass pumpkin collection with new colors.

While the traditional version has an orange body and green stem, our new editions have a clear glass body, coupled with vibrant stem colors. Their beautiful crystal-like, faceted shapes and colorful stems capture the light like jeweled ornaments.

The AO glass pumpkin collection is an expression of style and craftsmanship. Forming each pumpkin body is fairly consistent, but crafting the stem can be exciting and unpredictable. No two pumpkin tops are the same; each piece is a testament to the artistry, technique and humor of our skilled glassblowers!

This year’s batch of glass pumpkins is on display at the AO Glass Harvest Market in our factory throughout the holiday season, and available in our store.
